My ‘Go-To’ Autumn Outfit

We’re not quite there yet, but it’s so nearly Autumn time! Summer is o it’s way out making room for one of my favourite seasons ever, Autumn. What is so great about Autumn? Not much really goes on in Autumn, but I just love how pretty everything looks and the Autumn colours and trends are my total fave. I said I would be more daring with my style this Autumn as I normally am so predictable and wear jeans, boots, some kind of cosy jumper and a coat. Boooooooring. This needs to stop! So I have been looking at more Autumnal clothes that are a bit out of my comfort zone, but still know I’d love to wear, If you love it, then why not wear it?

My problem is I always think about other people first. Is it too much? Does it really suit me? Will other people like it? Will people think I look stupid? If you love it and wear it with pride, other people will love it on you too.

So now onto my favourite (at the moment) Autumnal outfit.

I think this is a real classic/old school look with the denim pinafore, but with it being in a rust colour it makes it that much more Autumnal. You could wear any kind of top you’d like underneath but I love the look of this roll neck black top. Keeping it simple but affective. I’d pair this outfit and finish it off with a pair of black classic chelsea bots. You could also add a black leather jacket to the look if it’s a bit chilly. I think this would look really classy.

Love always, G x
