Getting Autumn Ready

I friggin love Autumn! You must all know by now that it’s my favey season ever! It starts to get chilly so you can wrap up all nice and cosy, but still have things to look forward too, like Christmas!

As the weathers getting cooler and the nights are getting darker, I am definitely ready for Autumn to hit in full swing.

So first thing is first, I have done my wardrobe swap! The biggest commitment to the cold weather there could possibly be. I have swapped my bikinis and cami’s for the big cosy sweaters and fluffy socks! Autumn/Winter fashion is by far my favourite.

A stock up of hot chocolate and all the treats to go with them, cream, marshmallows, I have even bought the most amazing Halloween mug for my festive hot chocolates! Hot chocolate us the ultimate autumnal drink (apart from a spiced pumpkin latter from Starbs) they make you feel so warm and festive.

You can’t forget the candles. Candles are definitely my down fall, in fall. The warm, and spiced scents are my fave anyway, so it’s a great excuse to stock up on some of my favourites. B&M do some really amazing Bath and Body works dupes at a really good price, so definitely check them out if you’re on the hunt for some Autumnal candles.

Make-up! Of course I can’t forget the make-up. I have dug out my dark berry lipsticks and autumnal eyeshadow palettes and they are in full swing! I used to be very cautious of dark and berry shades of lipstick, but last year I really upped my game and now I absolutely love them and think that they really compliment my skin tone.

I am sure that it won’t be long until my hot water bottles comes out either…

Are you excited for Autumn?

Love always, G x

I love Autumn as well (she says wrapped up in a blanket with a hot water bottle too!). It’s one of my favourite times of year for some reason, despite the dark nights!
