It’s been a while, hasn’t it?
A lot has happened since I last blogged. I have been a very busy bee and have struggled to find time for my blog! I have still been uploading to my youtube channel as normal, but I know I have neglected my blog. But I am back!
And I think it’s time that I updated you on what has been going on in my life recently? We all like to be nosey don’t we now…
My 25th Birthday.
I turned the big 2 5 at the end of March! I really like being in my twenties, it’s a funny age isn’t it? Not sure if you can still get away with childlike things, or knowing you pay bills and are definitely an adult! I like this in-between age of not really knowing if what you are doing is right…we’ve got a lot of time left haven’t we?!
Ryan surprised me and took me up The Shard for lunch at the Oblix. It was absolutely stunning! What a view…we had lovely drinkies at the bard, ad then a 3 course meal, yum!
After a lovely day in London, for my birthday I spent most of my time with my family and Ryan of course! It was a lovely chilled birthday, what more could you ask for!
NEXT up, something really exciting happened. Something I was not expecting to happen. One of really good friends asked me to be her bridesmaid! I was so overwhelmed and full of joy, I couldn’t believe it!
I’ve known her for a good few years, and even though we have not known each other our whole lives, we have made such a special friendship. There are 3 of us, and she asked my other friend the same time as me! We both didn’t have a clue she was going to ask us, and we both cried like babies!
I will never forget the moment of being asked, and now I am so focused on her wedding, and I cannot wait for it next year!
Okay, they were the two main things that have happened in my life since we last spoke, but it is also Easter as we speak! I baked some yummy Easter cupcakes which were a chocolate chop sponge, caramel buttercream with mini eggs on the top! I didn’t get mt make many, I really wanted to do two batches as I was seeing a lot of family over the weekend, but it’s just an excuse to make some more another time!
I am not a professional baker at all, but I do enjoy it when I do get round to making, I am in my own little bubble just enjoying my time!
While it’s halfway through the bank holiday Easter weekend, it’s been super hot! Today was 24 degrees! (England, are you ok?!) But I m not complaining at all, today we’ve been out of the sun and got a bit of a glow (or burn, however you want to see it!) Classic brits eh?
Now that the busy period is almost over, I am hoping to get back on my blogging wagon and create more content for you, better content too! I really want to work on my photography and skills and just keep going! This is what I enjoy, so why stop?
I hope you are excited to see more content coming your way, and thank you for sticking around!
